EMS Week 2012

May 20 -26, 2012 is National EMS Week where the goal is to bring together communities and medical personnel to publicize safety, educate the public about their local EMS system, and to honor the dedication of  those who provide day to day lifesaving services on medicine's front line.





Hurricane Season

June 1st is the start of the 2012 Hurricane Season.  The City of Daytona Beach would like to ensure all residents and visitors are prepared and have the information they need to be safe.  Whether you are looking for a hurricane tracking map, most up to date information, or a list of shelter locations throughout Volusia County, we have all the information to keep you informed.




CPR Classes Offered

The Daytona Beach Fire Department will be offering CPR courses on the second Saturday of every month from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.  The courses will utilize the American Heart Association guidelines for instruction.  Click here for more information.
